STD/HIV Testing and Information

Currently the STDs that we test for are chlamydia, gonorrhea, and HIV. Chlamydia and gonorrhea are easily tested using a urine sample and our HIV test uses an oral swab instead of a blood draw. For other testing, such as herpes or syphilis, we can write out an order for you to go to the lab to have that done. For more detailed information, please call the clinic.

In order to diagnose some STDs, you may need to be experiencing symptoms such as lumps, bumps, sores, or rashes.

In some cases, a person can have an STD without knowing it. It is a good idea to get tested, especially if you have never been tested before, or if you have a new partner.
